This does not feel like any kind of improvement over the old mission format. We work in IT, we're busy, we don't always have time to check in every day. Doing this when we get down time on a Friday and answering the questions was fun, this is not.

Thought I'd cash some of my points in as Thwack seems to be dead. I wouldn't bother if you are thinking of doing the same, the quality of the products compared to the images or what they used to be are absolute landfill.

Same here. It frustrates me so much that as soon as VC acquires Solarwinds, areas like THWACK which aren't seen as profit making areas of the business take a back seat. It's so short sighted. Keeping me engaged and learning about the product is absolutely vital in making me want to keep using this product.

It's not a direct money making part of the business, even though it indirectly makes money by keeping customers happy. Most VC firms don't see past the line on the graph.

Feels like they've given up on Thwack entirely.

Would also be curious to see if any other products are implementing PQC features. I think it will be an issue that suddenly becomes urgent, very quickly.

The missions are useful. If it weren't for Thwack I wouldn't have known as much about DPA and wouldn't subsequently be buying it.

We have Marval, the most staggeringly useless product ever concieved, then two separate ones for HR and maintenance. Nothing will convince them to move to a unified platform.

Think they are doing something with suppliers: "The THWACK store will be down for a few days while we undergo maintenance. We'll be back up and running soon, don't fret!"
