So that Thwack Usability survey is pretty screwed, the section where you are meant to drag answers from one section to another is just a plain text box (various browsers, incognito mode etc tried.)

Availability Group failover! After a maintenance window we have a Powershell script to monitor if a DB has failed over or not and needs failing back.

Mission Shortcut broke again, the browse button doesn't seem to prompt anything in any browser/incongnito tab.
