This would be the easiest way to check and detect if SNMP was or was not working, I'd recommend this method as well.

If I recall correctly ... for IPAM in HCO, it should be licensed by the number of DNS/DHCP servers that you're monitoring, unlike the legacy licensing which is by the number of utilized IP Addresses.
