One great product for something like that, but was unfortunately discontinued, would have been IpMonitor.. still sad that product went away.

I believe with the latest version of HCO (Hybrid Cloud Observability) (2023.2) They have free ICMP only nodes which you can add into it, which means you're now able to monitor those devices, which means you can now collect logs from them and bring that into LA. If anyone else knows otherwise, please feel free to correct me…

If I recall correctly, I believe this can be done in the alert through Orion? You should be able to specify a Time of Day where the alert is active, but I do agree there should be an easier way where you can mute the device on a schedule. Like on the node details page or something similar.

Could you elaborate on what you mean with the two groups? Also, would the update times be scheduled at the same time, every time? For example Wednesdays at 3am every week or would it just be done at some point in time that week to be determined? If it's the latter I could see how have two groups would be problematic as it…
