I believe it usually takes about a week for the recommendations on the sprawl page to show up since it's gathering the data necessary for it to understand how these machines are behaving in relation to the thresholds you've set for them. Once that week has passed it can start giving you the information with the statistical…

Solid recommendation, was just about to suggest this as well! HCO sounds like it would best suit your on-prem needs!

There's also a known issue with the online installer for 2023.1 where it forgets to rename the cab files after the download which is probably what you're running into since they're technically not there under that filename. You'd have to either manually update the file names, or go to the service release or the current…

The first part will be creating your workflow which will be in the web client. It should be under the option for 'workflows'. You can make it as simple or as complex as you want and specify exactly who you want to be part of the process. For the next part, in the configuration client, in the Data Owner area is where you'll…

Hmm .. I haven't tried it myself, but you might be able to go through the network discovery wizard and specify those individual ip addresses. Specify no SNMP credentials (so it doesn't know how to talk to the switch) and check the box to allow ICMP only monitoring. Though the only downside to that is you'd have a bunch of…

Definitely agreed there, especially every 3 years makes it really rough sometimes to constantly be re-testing, especially if you're working with the SolarWinds Platform on the daily. Is there any sort of alternate method of testing if you're still a current SCP holder? Maybe like a knowledge/summarized test to renew a cert…

Module speaking? If I recall correctly, HCO:AE (Hybrid Cloud Observability - Advanced Enterprise) should come with the following: * NPM (Network Performance Monitor) * NTA (Netflow Traffic Analyzer) * NCM (Network Configuration Manager) * LA (Log Analyzer) * IPAM (IP Address Manager) * UDT (User Device Tracker) * VNQM…

HCO or NPM in general will monitor the status of your monitored interfaces by default and can trigger alerts. I believe they have a default alert (Interface is down) which should be able to accomplish what you're looking to do. Default status intervals I believe are every 120 seconds? This can be adjusted as needed in your…

Yeah I noticed this one too, I believe it's a bug that got documented with the online installer, the offline installer didn't have the issue. The current version (2023.1.1) Fixes this issue with the online installer.

Some initial thoughts are perhaps permissions issues? Do you have sufficient permissions to the box/network you're installing everything on? Was this run as an administrator? You could try running the permission checker to make sure everything is good.
