Try this: * Rename \Inetpub\Solarwinds\Orion\custom.config.txt to custom.config * If IIS is listening on just a single specific IP address, edit custom.config and replace "localhost" with that IP address. If IIS is listening on all IP addresses, just leave it as "localhost". * Restart IIS

Is the switch port mapper hanging on all devices or just one? Are there any VLANS on the switch that hangs?Sometimes if a VLAN is hung on the device it will cause the switch port mapper to freeze without any kind of an error message.

yes it appears to be slower than in 8.1. This might be caused by the new time settings feature. I'll look into it further.

Yes, you will need to create a custom mib poller.I believe the ESX OIDs you need are 1.3.6.1.4.1.6876.3.2.3 for mem avail and 1.3.6.1.4.1.6876.3.2.1 for mem size but don't quote me on that. when you have clicked on the smartgroup folder icon in the left pane, you should then be able to click Edit and edit the properties or mass edit that smartgroup. Let me know if this helps.
