We have released Hotfix 2 which addresses many website issues- UPDATE: We did a GoTo meeting to resolve this "cannot load network map issue" Here are the steps to resolve. Go to C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion and right click on the Maps directory.Click on the Security Tab. Then click add, find the local user named…

have you tried renaming the map? also verify the permissions to the maps since you have copied them back.
-
try copying the *.Schema files from your main Orion server (in C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion) to the same directory on the extra web server.
-
try running a Repair" - Add/Remove ->Repair-
-
At this point you should consider opening a support ticket- Since this is an trial version you need to put Eval.in as the customer ID forms.netsuite.com/.../externalcasepage.nl
-
or you might try SP2 which has just been released and addresses some UnDP issues.
-
I'm sorry about the confusion. The device is stating the MIB is not available in that device.
-
Try this Zipped DLL - this was what 5a is or was- since it was never an official Hotfix per say. Hopefully it will cut down on the 30 minute load time for your maps.
-
9.1 should be in your customer portal.
-
try now-
-
Yes, this needs to be added to the documentation.

APM is not licensed the same. It is based on how many monitors you are monitoring. You can have an APM 50 with your SLX if that meets your needs. For NTA your best bet would be to contact your direct sales rep.
-
Justin- Can you try a Repair now - Add/Remove Programs -> repair and see if that helps -
-
DataJunkie- You should be good to go now.

Closer to weeks... not months

Your DB could be getting full. If you are using 7.8 then its likely you are using the MSDE SQL version with a 2GB limit. One thing to try would be to open the Orion System Manager and go to File -> Database Maintenance. You should have 2 options - Run Nightly Maintenance, or Compact. Choose the Compact option and let it…
-
when you reply - hit the Options tab and then upload a screenshot.
-
please try now....
-
You should open a support ticket - forms.netsuite.com/.../externalcasepage.nl Reference this thread in the ticket please.

Orion is polling a device. The device is not responding to Orion. What does Orion do next? Does it try to contact the parent device by pinging the ip address OR does it check the database for the last status. Orion will continue to poll the device and write to the DB regardless of device status. Advanced alerts then query…

it was addressed in one of the earlier hot fixes in October. When did you download 8.5.1? all the hot fixes have been rolled into the latest installer-

Please follow the link above to at least let us know which device you are using for the CCM. As these will have an IOS version this is Cisco's "operating system" I believe there is confusion on what we are looking for here. We need to gather information off of the Cisco call manger device and through the use of MIBs that…

You could try this - support.solarwinds.com/.../ProblemDetail.cfm

Is something like this in the road map? I cannot answer to that- Denny would know more and can clarify when he returns, but I would assume so. Have you seen the SNMP trap alert within ipMonitor that uses varibale bindings? I'm not sure what products you own.support.ipmonitor.com/.../2557ced4b96a494a8c61e8eafb2444af.aspx

Nothing new that I am aware of. I would suggest opening a support ticket so they can determine how your environment is setup and netter diagnose the root cause. forms.netsuite.com/.../externalcasepage.nl

Minimal- just keep in mind that you are on a version that is no longer supported. If memory serves me - this was an issue that was addressed with this hotfix-
-
Run a repair the Orion install (through add/remove) and then re-run the NPM config wizard
