Hmmmm.... I was under the impression that Windows 2003 Enterprise could address up to 32 GB RAM. Solarwinds is seeing the total physical RAM in the server (see screenshot) and Perfmon shows SQL server using it. That sounds like a loaded question, I assume your asking about IIS logs, not being an IIS guy, nothing looks too different pre and post upgrade.
