Yeah, Week 2, day 3 is confusing. Management staff? That doesn't seem right, at all...

Observability, to me, means being able to get metrics out of a device, whether logical or physical. This should be errors, overflows, buffering, packet drops, losses, CPU usage, memory usage, temperature, fans, PSU status, etc.

I was trying to submit my screenshot, and now it says "you have already completed this survey." I have not had a chance to submit it for the shortcut! Please halp?

Honestly some of the pricing - the cost for an additional polling engine and the cost for Hybrid Cloud Observability both seem extreme. I have a hard time getting thing approved.

Now we're rolling out internal chat bots with some other specific tools to keep our data internal. Though, some users refuse to use internal tools...…

Some folks can get a bit testy with their experience if it's lacking

It was more of the fact that at the end of the answer on this page, it says raise alert to management. Generally nobody alerts management before alerting the admins, engineers, techs, what have you.
