I also saw your other posts, the problem with that is that you are randomly looking for errors on the logs. The error you pasted is for the Agent Management Polling and has nothing to do with Module Engine stopping.

I usually do the testing on this article. If it does not work outside of the Solarwinds services, then it is something on the environment. support.solarwinds.com/.../Test-SMTP-server-connectivity-via-telnet

Try rebuilding the website support.solarwinds.com/.../Server-Error-in-Application-when-launching-Orion-Web-Console-after-installing-or-uninstalling-NET

2020 version is a little outdated, you might want to consider updating the software first, as for the logs, you will need to read and check where the Module engine stops and then read the error above it as that will give you an idea on what service caused the module engine to stop.

You will need to have some knowledge on how to read the Solarwinds logs, it is on the ProgramData/Orion/Solarwinds/ However, you might also want to upgrade. support.solarwinds.com/.../Currently-supported-software-versions

I would do it via the Database. What you are looking for is IPAM_Group then GroupType would be 8 for subnets. The column you are looking for is ScanInterval and NeighborScanInterval.
-
To add IPs to the monitored Subnets, you will need the following tool. It is attached to this email below are the steps on how to use it. - Extract the AddIps.zip to a directory on the IPAM server - Run the file SolarWinds.IPAM.AddIps.exe/SolarWinds.Tools.IPAM.AddIps.exe - Provide your Account\Password you use in the web…

Kindly check first the document below. Look for IP Address conflicts. https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/ipam/content/ipam-ip-address-conflicts.htm Once you understand the scenarios, you will be able to identify if your IPAM is indeed getting all the information it needs to alert for IP Address conflict.

Kindly check the Thwack post below. https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/user-device-tracker-udt/f/forum/23550/hostnames-are-missing As a workaround you can use Custom Property to populate the desired output. But you can't use "Hostname" as a custom property as that is a default column. Probably, create FQDN or…

have you tried to check the email action on the Orion Alerting and see if it is listed there?

Try checking this out. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../udt-port-capacity-planning-exported-report---prosperon-networks

what you are saying is possible, but have you confirmed that you are getting a full result via Layer 2, layer 3 and domain users? If one of them is missing it will not able to correlate.

If it is erroring out when sending it via NCM, that means you are having issues pushing commands to the device. I think you might need to consult this on the NCM guys and most probably, they will ask you for a session trace for NCM. support.solarwinds.com/.../Generate-session-trace-logs

Do you have sample endpoint and tried to find the sample endpoint in UDT?

yup. pretty much something in the environment is blocking it.

When you do your test, did you actually check the Application on the node itself and check if it was actually detected as down instead of relying on the alert? It needs to be detected as down first before it triggers the alert If it does not detect as down, then the alert will not trigger. And to echo chenash, this should…

Don't try the service account on the DHCP Node. Try logging into the the IPAM server using the service account.
-
Try editing the IPAM node and assign it first to an existing Polling Engine. If not possible, access database manager and try going to IPAM_Group and search for the DHCP scope and input the polling engine from there.

You can modify it as Read only. But I don't think you can create and add but not delete. Sounds like a feature request. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../ipam-roles-and-privileges.htm

The Windows account must have the interactive log in rights enabled for IPAM to log in. Test it out by doing RDP into the IPAM server using the service account. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../ipam-add-windows-credentials.htm Also check this article out.…

Try this. Try to uninstall the rabbitMQ, then reboot the system.. Once rebooted, check the control panel if the RabbitMQ is no longer there. What I found with this issues is that it might say uninstalled but it became corrupted thus it is not removing itself from the Control panel. I usually use windows troubleshooter to…

If you are encountering this error on the main server, something is blocking it. If you have AV, disable it first, then try to run the installation via CMD prompt with admin rights to bypass any GPOs. Reboot the server as well, if not, then you might want to check the Windows Logs.

Nevermin, it seems you do have HA. Check on the current Active Main Server if you can connect to the RabbitMQ. Follow the Article Below. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Rabbit-MQ?language=en_US Follow the instructions on "2. View logs and the message queues using the RabbitMQ Management Console" and…

what is the message above this? Also, do you have HA and you are running this on the Standby?
