This has been a pain point for me as well....too much unused real estate left empty, that I would like to leverage for useful data, versus having the user's scroll and scroll etc.

This is an over looked area, great idea.

This feature is already available within Setup>Service Desk>Service Level Management. You can establish threshold notifications day/hours/minutes etc. prior to a breach occurring.

I agree, there does not seem to be a current method that allows the ability to attach a Change to a Change....and it would be nice to have.
