Got it, thanks for feedback
-
Have you tried creating a UnDP to gather the data you desire?
-
Should work, but you may need to restart the services.
-
Have you applied this, see here
-
Not yet, we need to update the charting components to allow this
-
Hmm at this point, to get your resolution I think the best next step would be a support case
-
Just dismiss the message, we have a defect in to clear this out
-
What version are you trying this on? Did you look at the Admin guide as Jeff suggested?
-
Poller? Do you mean you have an evaluation Orion install which you hooked up to a copy of your production DB? Either way, I think best path now is to log a support case
-
If you haven't already, backed out the changes to get you back running ok. I am working on getting a setup to test this scenario and will let you know when I have an update
-
And this is on the server you have toolset installed?
-
Where is putty installed, on your machine? Where is the file you are editing?
-
If you do not have a support ticket open, please open one and let us know if you want to help us verify the fix
-
You only have one license key which is being used by your production system. If you try to upgrade an eval to production with that license key, it won't work.
-
Make sure you have a support case open
-
This still operates the same way, so if you would like double or triple gauges you would have to use the custom HTML resource to create
-
I just checked, this is still an open enhancement request we have in the system
-
Check this post out please
-
So in the Admin section of the web console, if you edit the user account there should be a dialog to select the reports folder that user should be using, is that set?
-
OK, please let us know how it goes
-
Open a support ticket
-
I am not aware of any issues with this area of the product like you describe, if you have not already, please open a support ticket to investigate
-
Got it, will increment the counters for this request.
-
Nothing we can publicly comment on
-
This should be addressed with the next release
-
On the Orion server itself so we can see if the flows from that device are getting to us or not.
-
Soon is the best I can give you on GA. Typically the release notes are completed just before GA. If you look at the posts on this RC forum you will see the feedback we have gotten to this point - http://thwack.com/forums/179.aspx We have had very many upgrade in production with no issues. Feel free to contact me offline if…
-
Got it, I will ensure the enhancement is logged into our system.
-
No we do not support SQL 2008 R2 yet, we are adding support for this in the next version. Regarding SQL 2000 to 2008 upgrade, see this doc from MSFT
-
I beleive the way you described the workaround is correct
