In 10.0 we did add the ability to poll via the VMWare API. I am not sure what version you are on currently. We still do collect some stats like interfaces and volumes via SNMP. Thanks everyone for sneding us the case info etc. We believe we have identified the issue causing this and plan to address in an upcoming SP. Don't have any details yet on timeline, will update when I do. onEOFsix, you say you are seeing this with NCM, can you provide more details. Is this with the NCM integration module?

This was a regression in a 9.5 SP, which explains why one user is fine and the other is not.

If we are showing node status as up, then you should be seeing Average Response Time and Packet Loss as we determine all of these via ICMP. Might be best to open a support ticket on this so they can get you up and running
