We have not introduced a mobile view yet, but this is on our list of things we want to do. Can you shed some more light on what this means to you. What would you like to do with a mobile view? What type of data and info are you interested in?
-
It should, are you experiencing problems?

One additional note: If user’s password contains special characters then in <add key="password" value="password " /> need to use html encoding like:* & → & (ampersand) * < → < (less-than sign) * > → > (greater-than sign) * " → " (quotation mark) * ' → ' (apostrophe)

All, Just to give you an update, not sure if you saw my blog post here, but I was able to squeeze some stuff into the next release around this functionality. If if you have active maintenance and want to kick the tires and give me feedback, send me a PM via thwack as we are about to release beta3 which has this feature in…

We are investigating a bug report that appears to be tied to Win2k8 that is tied to the poller in which only certain scenarios cause issues. So there is a slight change you could hit that. My recommendation would be stand up and eval on the Win2k8 box, load some nodes into it or copy the DB and let it run and make sure you…

Logged into the system

This is something we have in our system and something we want to do, just a matter of time and priority.
-
Interesting, so you confirmed on the Orion server you can open a browser and hit thwack no problem?

Sorry for being late to the party here. First off, lets take Hot Standby Engine or HSE off the table. We are no longer selling that to customers. Regardless, both of these solutions primary use case if for High Availability. These solutions are not meant to be automated load balancer of elements. Now with that being said…

We are researching and looking into this issue
-
This is a known issue which is tracked under FB#415869. In the older versions we always used English local language no matter what and due to feedback from customers using other OS language settings we changed this in the latest version to pull it from Windows. It appears there is a bug though in Windows, which causes Log…

What are you looking to see or what is missing that you think you should see?
-
Got it, good feedback
-
Yep, you need to install WinPCap yourself, we do not do it.
-
Will add you to the existing enhancement request for this.
-
OK thanks Jeff, i will update the defect and get Dev to take a look into this
-
Agree, that was my reaction as well and I am looking into that
-
Any of ya'll seeing this issue
-
Correct, an API does exist that currently is focused on read only and getting data out of Orion, please send me a PM via thwack and I can get you the details
-
I will let Peter respond on the first item, but on the second you can drag-n-drop around the columns for the order you wish them to display and if you want to add/remove to the view additional columns if you hover your cursor over any of the header you should get an arrow which you can click and receive a drop down. In the…

orionofmyeye and menz, please contact Support and please reference this thread to get access to the new updated Network Atlas to EOC importer tool please.
-
Might want to try this. Manually stop the NPM Service then re-run the configuration wizard and see what happens or just open a support case
-
We have not added them by default you need to add them to the pages you desire them to be on. In the web console, go to Admin -> Manage Views, select a view such a node details and edit and then click add to one of the columns, under Syslog there are three Advanced Syslog options you can add
-
You are correct, I did
-
Interesting, please open a support case so we can get a defect filed on this item
-
For that port do you have 64 bit counters enabled?
-
This is something we have on our list of things to enhance and add to the product going forward.
-
Thanks for the posts, check out Chris's post from above to see what containers feature we are working on for APM

This is probably due to the polling cycle you are on for the controllers. Since the thin AP's are children of the controller and not their own nodes we get this info from our stat poll. So couple options. For the controllers turn the stat polls down or add the thin ap's at ICMP only nodes. Only different would be as apart…
