I am also being asked to monitor more and more servers with Orion and I need the ability to handle multiple CPUs and Cores as well. 

Wow. 90 days is pretty crazy depending upon how chatty your devices are. I'm assuming s/he's not a 'technical' manager? It may be crazy, but it is becoming a requirement at some enterprises to keep those events/records for a certain amount of time to comply with various regulations and security audits.

 Tabbed views in the Node Details and Interface Details pages would also be very nice to have and would eliminate a lot of unwanted scrolling.

Has anyone currently found a way to restrict access to the Cirrus Config Listing resource depending on the user? I have some users that I want to give access to view node details, but not allow access to view/read the config, all while maintaining the ability for others to continue to view the configurations on those nodes.

 I think the best performance enhancer is to move the SQL server to its own dedicated box. SQL can be a hog and can suck up alot of resources. BB I have to agree with Bryan. In your case, I would move SQL to the faster server and run Orion and Cirrus together on one server.

I would also like to add to the request that this mobile device view be readable on BlackBerry device. We use a combination of both mobile devices and it would really help to be able to check node status on either, via a web page that was formatted appropriately for each device.

Use the word, "password" in the password field and it will automatically pull their AD username/password. Actually AD pass-through authentication works no matter what password you give a domain user when creating the account in Orion.

Yes, and this is my problem. I have to configure the domain name on my devices in order to get ssh working on the device. I just wish there was a variable with the hostname but without the domain name. Currently, I have to manually rename each device in Cirrus when I add new devices.
