We just implemented the Service Desk and I am shocked at some lack of admin control. We can't make the Description input mandatory, the default Attach function has a Choose from Dropbox option we can't remove but the Attachment type of Custom Field only allows one file.

I very much want to be able to show text on Incident forms based on conditions. I will submit a Feature Request myself, because a) this one is over 4 years old! and b) it might get traction if the title was more focused. Such as "Ability to show text on Incident forms, not just inputs".
