Support for database monitoring for SAP Hana database instances was added in DPA 2026.2: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/dpa/content/release_notes/dpa_2026-2_release_notes.htm

@SolarWindNoob I didn't have an Orchestrator setup to test it, but the schema document covers what is available under Devices: https://solarwinds.github.io/OrionSDK/2026.2/schema/Orion.Orchestrators.Devices.html We will probably want to output the Name and other applicable values. Info would only apply to Orchestrators.

In case other find this page, you can revert to Legacy View under Actions Once viewing this new page, it will become your default moving forward. Customers can revert back to the legacy page by clicking on the Action menu in the top right corner.

@jkarkar You'll want to try to poll the OID (cefcEnablePSOutputChangeNotif (OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.1.3.2) and see if it is still return 2. If so, this would explain the failure, but I could not find any details if there is another command to run to enable it.

@amit_rai Today, this should work, but there may be a scenario where the licenses consumed multiple times. We are still looking into the issue and addressing the issue in a future release.
-
@dwoolley99 You will want to take a packet capture to see if ICMP Ping is being sent or if there is no response coming back. The workaround above is due to the ICMP packet being smaller than expected for some scenario. The assumption is the ICMP is sent but nothing is coming back.

@CNVRnetwork Yes, the API is still maintained. If there is a specific item, I can help follow up internally, but we are making updates as needed.
-
@gee_r @NVSteven If using new manage entities works, please confirm. I am seeing this answer being provided as a workaround, but we will dig into why the problem remains.
-
@n5emx There is no official document for PK and FKs. The key should be InstanceID though.
-
@mugbukdotcom Thank you for the post. I've have this escalated within SolarWinds. If you have a case number, please share.
-
@gee_r Thank you for the feedback. I believe I found your case so we are escalating it to see if we can get to the root cause.
-
@tmasui This is covered in DPA 2026.1: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/dpa/content/release_notes/dpa_2026-1_release_notes.htm

Adding and removing the problematic widget helped resolve the issue, but this is only a workaround. Further investigation is occurring. If other customers run into this issue, please let us know.

We've had a few reports of this issue, and OpsGenie has posted the workaround in their documentation in relation to (&). https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-solarwinds-npm/ From our understanding, there are no changes on the SolarWinds side

The following article should apply to 2026.1. The NextGen interface will use 8443, but this can be changed in the configuration: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/HTTP-and-HTTPS-ports-change-in-Web-Help-Desk-after-upgrading-to-version-2026-2

The issue related to unmanaging object does not work if the account does not have "Allow Real-Time Polling" permission should be addressed in the next available service release.
-
@TheDataMaster Apologies for the inconvenience. The following issue has been identified as a bug in WHD 2026.2 and will be resolved in the upcoming release.

@Siisi If the certificate is already install on Windows, then you can use the configuration wizard to complete the process.

This was added in SolarWinds Platform 2024.4 and above: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/npm/content/release_notes/npm_2024-4_release_notes.htm Support for monitoring wireless access points Add orchestrator nodes and observe wireless data in web console views, alerts, and reports. You can monitor…

@hainvh The alert created is related to the Custom Node Poller. There is built-in functionality related to F5 (page 101) Doc: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/archive/pdf/npm/npm_product_guide.pdf If there is a gap and we have to create a custom poller to pull the data, then this makes sense. Would love to hear…

@herweijerm I checked the fixes in the following release and do not see anything specific related to this issue. If someone has a case open with diags, we will fast track the issue.

Would love to hear feedback on what versions are being used. XenApp was rebranded to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)

We look forward to hearing additional feedback from the community on how we can improve on this scenario. Is the main purpose to export to address a reporting need and view this data through Excel or another tool? Are there expectations to be able to easily export and import this back to SolarWinds Platform for migration…
-
@jtLaJolla This does not exist today and would be a feature request. We have passed this information to our Product Management team.
-
@jaybone The current assessment is correct. Based on our understanding of the issue, it is impacting others, so we are working to address this behavior sooner rather than later. If others in the community are running into this problem, please update this thread.

This seems odd. Recent releases included changes to ensure that the SolarWinds Platform validates all SSL connections. If the cert is not trusted, it would flag these issues and may cause some connections to go down (in theory). We have not seen this issue reported yet, but it is possible this could be a problem. If you…

@Aniket2409 Thank you for the post. I see there is a support ticket related to this question as well. We will review and get back as soon as possible.
