2026.2.1 Issue on Opsgenie

We're troubleshooting a SolarWinds → Opsgenie integration that has worked for years but recently stopped creating alerts.

Has anyone experienced this after upgrading SolarWinds or migrating Opsgenie/JSM? Is there a newer POST payload or variable mapping required for the legacy /v1/json/solarwinds endpoint?

Tried this, but still not working

"Use µ#µ instead of = and §#§ instead of &."

We've had a few reports of this issue, and OpsGenie has posted the workaround in their documentation in relation to (&).

From our understanding, there are no changes on the SolarWinds side
