We have verified with development this morning that the integration module does work. Whoever told you that was given incorrect information, and we have made sure that all technicians now have correct information. I wish we could give definite timelines on things like this, but if a case has been escalated to development, all we can say is, "It'll be done when they finish." The entire network will be polled on the Default Rediscovery interval to detect any re-indexed interfaces. Monitored devices will be checked for IOS upgrades permitting EnergyWise support. There will be an update coming out soon in the documentation.
