Sounds like a DLL is downrev. Could it have been an older release of the Engineer's Edition Toolset ? I suggest rerunning the Orion install. Do not uninstall Orion, just rerun the Install. It should correct itself.

You do not need another key to reinstall. You can reinstall the software without requiring a new Software License Key. It will use the one already on the PC. This type of error means that required DLL has been deleted or renamed. Re-Installing should fix the problem.

Sounds like the Account you are using does not have permission to view any Node Details. Select "Account Manager" from the Web admin. Select the Account your are using and click the "Edit" button.
