Hi there, You can tweak SQL timeout settings on both application servers and SQL server. You can also tweak TCP settings on both types of servers to improve TCP sessions. AFAIK you can't tap in to the meaty information in ISE using SNMP. The closest you can get to the information is by passively receiving ISE related event logs.
