I don't have my own. I've ridden on a Honda Shadow and a Ducati, not sure of the model. I'm always a passenger!

I talked with Karlo, and as he said, we are actively testing this and focused on getting a fix.

Our support is 24 hours Monday through Friday globally, with a mixture of different tiers at any one time.

Sorry, the way your first sentence read, I thought you were coming back to say that you were seeing behavior you didn't anticipate. Thanks!

I don't get it. I have a case opened 115123 from last Thursday. Haven't heard anything back on it yet. My Orion installation hasn't worked right since last Wednesday. dhardy, I looked into your case notes, and support sent you an email on Friday morning at 5:46am asking when you might be available for a GoTo meeting, but…

jedski, A chat room feature isn't planned at this time, but we're looking into it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Good feedback. Just want to point out that we're currently working to make support more transparent, as some of you mentioned. For example, we've added the ability to check the latest status of your support tickets in your customer portal. Support Ticket Status Now Visible in Your Customer Portal This is just phase one,…

Thanks for letting us know!

dhardy, you might want to start a new thread in the NPM forum for this issue. I have a feeling you might need to open a support ticket, though...

The release notes and the installation chapter of the APM Administrator Guide include the following warning in the installation section: If you have additional Orion APM Web Consoles or pollers, upgrade them at the same time as your Orion APM server. But because it's not in the actual installation steps I can see how that…
