Click on "Custimze Page" in the upper left hand corner and just delete the resource on that page.

Hello Allison,

to make nice woman cry, is the least thing i would like to do...

Here is a really good reason:

Almost every server we install SW at customers sites has NO connection to the internet for security reasons.

(Think on stored SNMP-credentials, credentials for enable-Level in NCM for example.)

So, there is nothing from THWACK to see on that pages. I don't know if it is in actual version still the matter, but the loading time decreases significantly if you remove the THWACK from the home-pages if there is no internet connection.

This is the reason.

To make You smile again:

SW-Support via a forum which is really read by staff and support like THWACK works, is the fastest most reliable (and cheap) support you can provide.

No vendor - except those you pay a real bunch of money - has a so quick, fast and engaged support! I like this!
