Anyone that has upgraded to this version know of any issues while doing the upgrade or issues found after it is back up on the new version?
We've had some issues with 12.7.8, namely WHD basically refuses to email Techs when Save & Email is clicked, whether because the Tech checkbox is checkmarked, or when their email addresses are in the CC or BCC field(s) and they are checkmarked. It's not that WHD thinks it emails them but it doesn't go through...WHD doesn't even try to email them: it's not in the History and isn't displayed at the top when the page refreshes after Save & Email. I have a ticket going with WHD support and it has been escalated to the next tier, so I'll post here once we figure out what's going on.
Did support get back to you about the emails?

Yep, that article that @shahul.haja linked to has the solution that they gave me, and it worked perfectly. Sorry for not posting that here sooner!
One important caution: make sure that you carefully check out the upgrade path...I think you have to go first to 12.7.5 and then to 12.7.8, you're not supposed to go directly from one version to another unless the path is supported. Unfortunately, the official installers do not check the existing version and warn you (as they should), so you can end up with an unsupported situation if you don't manually follow the path.
