We are using WHD to certain HR requests which may contain 'sensitive' information. At present all techs can search and see these tickets. How do I limit access?
Are all your Techs Type = Admin or Tech ?
Are these HR Requests part of their own Tech Group where only HR Techs are members?
Do your Techs you want to restrict, belong to a Tech Permission Group which has the option "Limit to Assigned Tech Groups" enabled?
Most of my techs are just 'Tech' a few are admin. I want them to only see IT tickets. Same for the maintenance techs to only see Maintenance tickets
If I remember right, permissions for restricting techs to their own tech groups may prevent other tickets from coming up in queues, but if they have the ticket number, I think they can still pull up that ticket. I think.
