Multi-Factor Authentication for tech accounts

Is there an option to enable Multi-Factor Authentication for tech accounts in order to provide additional security to our system? Some of our support tickets contain sensitive data and I want to be sure that we have the tightest security possible.

WHD itself does not have this but of you link it to a SAML complement Authentication system then you can achieve this.
