Many times, I will open a ticket for one user and then have another user call with the same issue or something very similar. I don't necessarily want to create a quick ticket for each of these issues as there may only be 2 or 3 people that report the issue. Is there a way to copy the first ticket and then change the client name in the copy? This would be very useful at any stage of a ticket's cycle, Open, In Progress, or Resolved.
