Problem with new VOIP module

I have installed Orion 8.5 end the VOIP module today, and there was no problem with that. But i simply cannot add a "site" because the VOIP module says that my Cisco Catalyst 3560 and 2960 switches do not support IP SLA. But with the new IOS from 28. august they do, and i have configured a VOIP udp jitter probe manually via the CLI on a couple of the switches. So why will the VOIP module not work with these switches ?

I have checked the reply via the custom poller and the return value is indeed 1, so IP SLA is enabled on the switch. But VoIP Monitor still returns the same answer, that the node doesn´t support IP SLA. Is there a log file that i can check so I can do some more troubleshooting ?

VoIP Monitor checks to see if a specific MIB value is set to enable in order to ensure the device will support the appropriate IP SLA operations. The monitored MIB is CISCO-RTTMON-MIB:rttMonAppIResponder (OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.42.1.1.13) and the value should be 1.

The Voip.BusinessLayer.log file will have information about this. You could attach it to a post in this thread or open a ticket with support and handle it that way.
