Call Manager v 6.12

Does the VoIP Monitor "Call Manager" work with version 6.12? When I try to add our call managers into it, it reports they they are not call managers or express call managers and cannot add them. I have been assured that the nodes I am trying to add are call managers.

CallManager 6.1 SNMP support is disabled by default. The snmp service may be running, but CCM will not publish its MIBs unless you turn it on.

1. Connect to the Call Manager website
2. In the Navigation Dropdown in the top right, go to “Cisco Unified Serviceability”
3. Go to “Tools->Service Activation”
4. Check “Cisco Callmanager SNMP service”
5. Click the “Save” button.

I have seen where the SNMP for call manager was not enabled. I'd check that

Would that be check on the call manager box? I do know that they enabled their read only snmp strings, and I discovered the hosts in node manager.

Sounds good there. Can you do a MIB walk and see if the CCM MIB is there. If so, send me the OID list

You are having me walk on the very edge of my knowledge. LOL Can I search for CCM in the MIB table? If so, it says its not there. I am very unfamiliar with this area though.

If you have Toolset it had a great MIB Browser. If you don't have Toolset you can DL it and use it for free for 21 days

Go to the call manager and browse the MIBS Look for one called CCM or CCME. If you find that one expand it and send me the list of OIDS in it.
