We have added fields to the Mobile Device (for example) CI but when we go to add a new device, those new fields do not show on the screen. How do we get added fields to show for a specific CI?

Hi Jay (duece7), did you add the custom fields to the CI via setup - CMDB? If so, those will only show up if you are creating the CI from the CMDB module but not if you are creating a new mobile device from the mobile device area under the asset management module. We are working on unifying those two area but right now they are separate. If you are wanting those custom fields to show up under the assets - mobile devices then we will need to add them to a custom form and use dynamic form rules to populate that form on that module.
