Are the tickets resolved or still in progress? Or a mix of both?
It is possible to filter tickets.
However, I don't think its possible to see tickets worked on just for a particular day. It can be a week and then you narrow it down to a day.
- Click on the incidents tap on your left (third icon going down)
- Just beneath all incidents you will see the edit view
- click edit view
- On the edit view menu, click the filter tap
- You will see the options on how tickets can be filtered
- check the "updated" option, this permits you see tickets worked on for a particular period of time, 7 days and above
