can I create a filter with a custom field.
For example I want to filter my tickets by the custom field "Host Name".
Is this possible and how does it work ?
The only way I know how to search via a custom field is by doing an advanced search in tickets. Go to the tickets tab then "Search Tickets". Under the advanced search you can select to search custom field. I'll attach a picture of what mine looks like to hopefully help you find it. I hope this is what you were looking for.
