Are there setup instructions on how to get ADFS up and running with Webhelpdesk? I'm not familiar with ADFS at all, so I was checking to see if there were instructions on how to get the two systems to communicate.
You first need a ADFS authentication server setup in your active directory or other environment. That is more work then configuring WHD. Do you have a ADFS server?
No we don't. I'm not sure if it is worth the time to setup. I've never worked with ADFS to know how challenging it is to setup. Granted that is a loaded statement because what is easy for one person can be difficult for others.
It's not that bad of a setup it's just a matter of deciding if your using ADFS / SAML to authenticate with remote systems. If you don't plan on doing it i would recommend keeping things simple.
