Request for clarification on Triggered Alerts

On another note, from reading all your posts, you might want to look into getting some training for SolarWinds in the SWI academy or involve a 3rd party with expertise in the product. There are some solid companies out there that will assist.

You're right, I need to learn more about SolarWinds. If you've read my posts, you'll notice that I always start by using words like "Request" or "Suggestion" to indicate that I'm seeking guidance. I'm aware that I still have a lot to learn, and I often feel confused about certain points. In one of my posts, I clearly mentioned that I am new to this field and only have one year of experience.
