Getting inundated with Emails from WHD Email with the subject "Error Processing E-Mail"

I created an Email address, specifically for WHD, that the business uses to email to create helpdesk tickets, and this seems to be working.

BUT, I'm getting bombarded with emails from this email address to me (I'm the only technician listed):

Subject:  Error Processing E-Mail

Unable to connect to the Incoming Mail Account 'ITSupport@xxx.com' due to the following error:

 "A previous attempt to connect to ITSupport@xxx.com (host 'mail.xxx.com') failed for 'ITSupport@xxx.com'. 0 interval(s) remaining until retry."

I would appreciate any help regarding this.
