Web Help Desk Report by Date, Tech, Ticket hours by date

I need to create a report that will show the following:

1. Date

2. Tech

3. Ticket hours and ticket numbers for that date

This needs to be a weekly view. 

I am unable to see how to do this since the correct worked hours are a billing report, but I cant break it down by ticket and tech.

  • Currently WHD aggregates times to last assigned Tech. We want to introduce this report and track this as a feature request under # 293204. I added your details to the record, so we can let you know as soon as we have it. In the meantime the workaround would be to run the report using Crystal Reports or Microsoft Reporting Services directly on the DB.
