For a once off archive
File>Cleanup Tools>Archive
Enter a date for items older than to be archived (6months maybe?)
Enter the following path for archive file:
c:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Archive.pst
Click ok and wait for the archive to finish.
To auto archive on a regular basis:
File>Options>Advanced>Autoarchive Settings.
