The current API documentation (12.7.13) mentions the ability to upload an attachment to a FAQ. See page 25. There is no mention of downloading the actual FAQ or uploading an FAQ. This question has been asked in this forum 8 and 9 years ago, but I'm asking for current status. Customer support did not have an answer and directed me to ask this forum.
Additional info: Tried syntax for downloading a ticket, but substituting Tickets with FAQ, FAQs, faqs, FAQS. No luck.
