Deploying VMAN Free Poller with no additional license?

You should be able to follow the steps located at the link below. In particular, you are looking for Step 4 of Task 2. "Select the type of scalability engine to install..."

You'll also need to check that you have a valid production VMAN license applied as your screen shot shows you are running an expired evaluation.

As a further clarification if you are only interested in the light weight Virtual monitoring that is included with SAM and NPM, that will be active automatically and you do not need to deploy specific polling engines for that to work.

There is a scalability engine installer package you download from the Settings > Pollers page.  When you run that package it starts with a prompt asking if this is going to be an APE, HA server, free sam or vman poller, maybe other options by now.  You just pick which one you need and it installs the appropriate feature set.
