Storage monitoring

Dear All,

I need information on monitoring of storage devices from Solarwinds. How can I find out which devices and its versions are supported by the Solarwinds latest version. We have to monitor storage device like EMC storage, Data protection, Recover points, Netapp, SAN storage, etc.

Could someone share few information on this. It would be really helpful.

There's always the release notes for Storage Resource Monitor and there's a custom resource that's been added to the Orion Demo's Storage Summary which lists all the supported hardware.

Hi Sigma,

Thanks for sharing the info. I gone through the link and could find the supported storage device details. But I could not find below supported devices in the mentioned link

1. EMC Data Domain

2. EMC Recovery point

3. Acronis devices

4. Avamar devices

Could you kindly confirm on the above devices. Any suggestions would be very much helpful.

If they aren't explicitly listed, then my understanding is that they are not yet supported. Have you considered putting in a feature request to have these added?
