I'm trying to setup an user access request workflow in the Service Catalog and for the most part I think I have it. There is one scenario that I'm trying to account for.
If the requestor is the person's manager then the approval should be automatically.
For example, Bob is John's Manager. Bob submits the request to say, "Give John access to XYZ." The current workflow would send an email to John's manager (who is Bob) to request approval. But since Bob submitted the ticket I'd like to assume approval. Is there a way to do this?
