We are looking for ways to use SolarWinds tools to monitor our desktop performance in a way that will help us anticipate issues and establish baseline performance metrics.
We really like the system information that we are able to view using Dameware, what we’d like to do is collect the information routinely and store the data in our performance database. For instance, if there is a Dameware API that we can access then we can create a service that polls our desktops and collects key metrics.
