Hi, Orion.Nodes does not provide MAC address of a switch. I know Orion.NPM.SwitchStackMember provides MAC address for a switch which is part of a switch stack. How to get MAC address for a switch which is NOT part of any switch stack ? Thanks, Somnath.
Hi, I wasn't able to find any specific mention of this, and I've spent an extensive amount of time looking through the CRUD SWIS entities catalog but have had no luck. In our environment, we have primarily Cisco nodes where each and every one of them should have the following native pollers enabled: * Switch Stack *…
I had 3 different reports that worked great in the past The SQLW for one is below SELECT [data].[DisplayName] AS [DisplayName],[data].[InstanceSiteId] AS [InstanceSiteId] FROM orion.nodes AS data WHERE ((([data].[NodeProperties].[EntityPhysical].[NodeID]) IS NOT NULL) AND (([data].[Vendor]) = ('Cisco')) AND…
Does anyone else have issues with SwitchStack alerting in 2023.2? Previously they were using Orion.NPM.SwitchStack but now that is not an option. The alert still works but does not load in our current environment. Attempting to use SwitchStack alert in 2023.2 does not provide the same results. I have a ticket open…

SELECT OrionNodes.Caption , OrionNodes.DetailsUrl , OrionNodes.STATUS , OrionNodes.ChildStatus , NcmEntityPhysical.EntityName ,…
Is there a way to display switch port views for FEX boxes? Having info on current port availability and throughput would be a godsend though I'm not sure how to do it since it doesn't match the switch stack poller. Anyone have a solution?
Is there a way to do this? We have a few switches that are able to be stacked but are not. So they give us false warnings about DataRings are invalid. Just need to turn off SwitchStack monitoring on a few switches that are not actually stacked.
