Red dashed lines in my (Network Atlas Map) is because my devices reside behind Layer-2 ISP equipment. I think the Topology Calculator is unable to produce a connection drawn on the map because of this. Can someone confirm these assumptions for me? I have attached a sample of my Orion Map. Thank you.
