I am an IT Manager for our school system, and am currently creating a custom dashboard for out technician team to more efficiently prioritize tickets and plan for our days. I like the module for 'Incidents by Priority', but would love the ability to change the color labels for the Low, Medium, High, and Critical priority…
Please add the ability to define the row color of each incident based on the incident priority. While customizable, the default colors could be: * Critical priority incidents would have a row background color of light red in the incident list * High priority = orange * Medium = yellow * Low / None = white
For those of us who utilize more than one instance of SolarWinds service desk in our organizations, it would be helpful to also be able to brand the agent platform interface so it is easier to distinguish which instance you are in as an agent. Even just being able to select a different color scheme would help.
