Hi Currently I am using Solarwinds NPM 12.0.1 Version where I enabled auto-dependency feature but it is not working as it should. When the Parent node (Router) goes down, tickets are still getting created for all child nodes, while it should create ticket for Parent node only. I will be thankful if anyone can suggest me…
