For some reason our tickets are coming into our ticket system but when we reply they are being filtered as spam. We use Office 365 and we updated our DNS records through our host. Just not sure what we are missing.
Serv-U is sending email on behalf or from the users own email address. This causes allot of emails to go to spam, since the Serv-U 's relay most times are not in the users domains spf record. We should be able to always send from a static email (ex. no-reply@domain.com) where this sender would be trusted in our own domains…
