You may be thinking, "I don't need a map. I already know how everything's put together and how it's doing." And you might be right. But you know who you make maps for? Not you. They're for other people so they can look at them INSTEAD of bothering you. "But maps are a pain to build," you might say. Nope—they're easier than…
("The Echo Chamber" is a semi-regular series where I reflect back on a talk, video, or essay I've published. More than just a re-hashing of the same topic, I'll add insights as to what has changed, or what I would say differently if I were doing it today.) Back in March 2018, I gave an online talk about monitoring,…
Hey all! So I am currently trying to create a very high definition of a map. That being said the map is quite a bit bigger than the window that it opens in. Does anyone know of a way to when you open the map it starts in that location? Thanks! Nick

Specifically, I want to talk about generating informative maps that you can then include in your "ultimate network management dashboard". Reviewing the Ultimate Network Management Dashboard, So Far This is the fourth in a series of posts…
Hi, I have gone through the process of creating maps for all of our locations using NTM. I would like to use these maps in NPM. I have no problem exporting them into Network Atlas. What I would like to do is when a node is selected, I want there to be a new tab called LAN Map. If that tab is selected, I'd like to have it…
