Hi Prod team, Can we have more option to add tab "Related" (to attach Config. Item) for when create a Service Catalog template instead of after submission of the incident for service request.
An additional column to be available on the Incidents page that will show related incidents where incidents are linked. This would be beneficial for reporting purposes
When creating a new Incident, the computer that is assigned to the user is automatically attached as a Related item. So that you can search on all the Incidents by user or by computer. Instead of having to go to the Related tab and add it manually.
Similar to how Changes are displayed in the right side panel for Networked Devices, add the ability to see related Changes to a Computer.
On the incidents view page, it will be helpful adding a column to easily access/view related incidents.
It would be really helpful to be able to see all incidents created via a specific catalog item directly from within that catalog item instead of creating a custom list view using the title format and hoping that no one changed the title in a way that would disqualify it from the list view.
