Would like to be able to enable SSO for multiple Azure AD instances. We have multiple companies under one parent company but still operate within different M365 environments.
I'm not sure if I am missing something, but I can't see a way of pulling this information for a custom field? I should be able to use the mapping to display the telephone number, department, etc. on an Incident or Service Request. Other than the user drop down field I can't see anything.
